Previous TES chapters included limited, and generally more powerful, swords such as 122. By default all weapon options are set to show on the player and NPCs. The two biggest limitations are the game's memory management and scripting systems. I have SUM and BOSS, but when I run SUM, it tells me it cant ind BOSS. I once had the game glitch, and show both my sword and dagger sheathed at the same time.
